ABOUT ME
At the beginning of 2020, I had a job that required me to stay seated for several hours while staring at a screen, causing me to gain several pounds as well as feelings of depression and self-doubt. Initially, my number one excuse was time - when the Covid shutdown began, I was out of excuses. I couldn’t go to a gym, so I started doing simple exercises in my apartment, working out everyday for almost two months, without seeing results. Instead of sinking further into self doubt, I took a closer look at what I was eating. That’s when I learned the importance of the right fuel for your body to get the results you want. Because my fuel included processed foods high in sugar and fat, my body stayed exactly the same despite my daily workouts. Once I transitioned to a healthier diet with balanced levels of protein, carbs, and natural fats, then the weight started to fly off. Within nine months, I had lost over 40 pounds without stepping foot into a gym, working out in my apartment with limited equipment, and maintaining a balanced diet.
That’s why I became a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach. I understand the mental and emotional turmoil of putting on weight and the struggle of trying to lose it. I have been there and I will guide you every step of the way. I want to help you become the best version of you.
