Caitlin really listened to what my goal was and helped me achieve it.  I feel that her desire to help me understand how to reach my goal without hurting my body was important for me.  I highly recommend Caitlin to be your personal trainer!  I am looking forward to continuing with her to see how fit I can get!

Caitlin became my personal trainer 6 months ago.  I find her to be thoughtful in planning routines for me that benefit my overall strength as well as areas where more attention is needed.  I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in an exercise program.

Wow and wow. I was worried that I was so out of shape that Caitlin would feel like I was a lost cause. That was not the case. She brought out the positives of where I started and noticed every improvement I made. She listened to what I enjoyed and what I didn’t, then tailored the workouts around that. She was always upbeat and made me feel good rather than being down on myself. Caitlin is knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but it’s even more important that she made me feel good about myself no matter where you are starting from. I can’t say enough good things about her!!!!!
